dbDDR-Ancient humans

The dbDDR-Ancient humans database is available at (https://genemutation.fhs.um.edu.mo/dbddr-AncientHumans).

User can browse the database contents in this website.
There are two browsing options: one is 'Browse and Search', the other is customized 'Browse and Filter'.
'Search' tab allows users to input a keyword to search for a specific variant and its related information;
'Filter' allows users to select gene, etc.
The variants are shown in the browsing table.
