The database v1.0 contains a total of 664 distinct BRCA variants including 266 in BRCA1 and 398 in BRCA2. The data were derived from 6,314 Macau individuals over 18 years old, with average age of 41.7 years old, including 2,888 males and 3,426 females，accounting for 1% Macau population.
