The MMR data in version 1.0 were integrated into version 2.0. The database contains a total of 21,376 MMR variants including 1,894 coding variants and 19,482 non-coding variants, 4,530 in MLH1, 10,474 in MSH2, 3,101 in MSH6 and 3,271 in PMS2. The data were derived from 53,917 ethnic Chinese individuals composed of 25,013 cancer patients and 28,904 non-cancer individuals. (Apr. 2021)
The database contains a total of 540 MMR variants and their frequency information, including 194 single-base variants/indels in MLH1, 181 in MSH2, 59 in MSH6, 53 in PMS2, and 53 large insertion/deletion variants in the 4 genes. The data were derived from 33,998 ethnic Chinese individuals composed of 23,938 cancer patients and 10,060 non-cancer individuals. (Feb. 2020)
